About Harry
Born and raised as the son of one of the leaders in Dutch horticulture, Harry combines versatility with a practical, hands-on mentality. His sharp analytical skills have helped Harry identify core problems at an early stage. Since he loves to tackle them, he also takes responsibility to solve them. In his leadership roles his passion was kindled to help others make meaningful contributions that allow organisations to flourish. It’s this passion that led Harry to make the switch towards his work as an expert, trainer and mentor for others. What’s more fulfilling than helping people in organisations improve their approach to achieve more Flow?!
Over the past 20 years Harry has contributed to breakthroughs in the performance of organisations like ING/NN, WUB, Geldmaat (GSN), Arcadis, Zwitserleven and in a global transformation at a player in FMCG. Harry is a lecturer of Organisational Coaching and Consulting at TIAS.
